How to make TriEase at home
TriEase Veggie Caps
Take your Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint essential oils and add two drops of each oil to your doTERRA Veggie Caps
Take as needed throughout the day!
TriEase “Shot”
Take a shot glass and add 2 drops of Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint to the glass. Then fill it with as much water as you want. (I like to fill it halfway!)
Drink this as needed throughout the day!
TriEase Roller Bottle
Take an empty roller bottle and add 10 drops each of Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint. Then fill the rest of the bottle with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Use this when ever you need or want it!
doTERRA Essential Oils
I recommend only one brand of essential oils. Please do not use these tips if you are going to go out and buy the cheapest brands that you can find. When it comes to essential oils, you get what you pay for. There’s hardly any regulation on the essential oil market so you have to do your due diligence when purchasing oils.
