What is the doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program?
The Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is a customizable auto-ship program.
YOU choose the day your order ships.
YOU choose what items are in your shipment.
YOU can choose to cancel anytime up until midnight (Mountain Time) of your ship date.
It’s the very best way to order with your dōTERRA wholesale membership. Not only do you get 25% off prices but you have the chance to earn points back to use towards future orders. It’s like frequent flyer miles but with essential oils, diffusers, laundry detergent, toothpaste, and shampoo. I think you deserve to be rewarded for doing laundry and brushing your teeth – and apparently doTERRA thought so too.
How the doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program Works:
Set up your LRP > it Ships > Points pop up in your account > Use the Points on future orders
Easy as that!^^
How to Earn Points with LRP:
Most LRP orders will earn you points to use on future orders. You’ll earn 10-30% back in points on all LRP orders over 50pv. You can find out what the PV of your order is by looking in your cart – no math necessary – the computer does it for you. 😉
PV is *usually* equal to $ amount but not always. So check the items and the cart as you are putting it together to make sure you are hitting that 50pv to earn points back. The minimum to be apart of the Loyalty Rewards Program is 1PV a month but you only get points back if your order is a minimum of 50PV. And you only move UP in % if your order is a minimum of 50PV. But you hold your current position and all your points if you run at least a 1pv order each month.
The longer you are on the Loyalty Rewards Program the more points you’ll earn on each order.
Months 1-3 >> earn 10% back in points
Months 4-6 >> earn 15% back
Months 7-9 >> earn 20% back
Months 10-12 >> earn 25% back
Months 13+ >> earn 30% back!!
I’ve been on the doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program for a few years now so I get 30% back on every single order. That means I get 33 points every time I run a 100pv LRP order! That’s basically equal to $33 in FREE ESSENTIAL OILS. Merry Christmas to me!
Your points will show up the month after you place your LRP. So if you place your LRP in May, your points will show up June 15th in your account!

How to Redeem Loyalty Rewards Points:
Easy. Put the items you want into your cart. Choose to “Use Points.” And then choose to “Ship Now.” Most items can be bought with points.
It costs $3 in handling per 100 points you use – it’ll be auto added to an order using points.
How to Cancel Loyalty Rewards:
You can’t make another order right now – life happens and sometimes you just can’t order that month.
Call doTERRA’s Customer Service at 800-411-8151 and they’ll cancel your LRP. You have to call in because, when you cancel, you lose your % and you lose any points you’ve earned. They want to protect you from accidentally losing all your points. It’s easy. And when you want to start your LRP back up again, it’s not big deal. Just log in and set up another order!
doTERRA Shipping Rewards with LRP
When you order through the Online Loyalty Rewards Program, doTERRA rewards you with your whole shipping cost back in points. That means that if you choose $6.99 shipping, you’ll have 7 points added to your account. DoTERRA’s goal is free shipping, but that’s not possible quite yet, so they’ve done the next best thing by giving you your shipping cost back in points.
Shipping Rewards points are redeemable the same way as your LRP points.

Minimum monthly Loyalty Rewards order of 50 PV to earn points
Orders with a minimum of 1 PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points
No maximum monthly points accumulation limit
Reward points expire 12 months from the date of issue
Reward points can be used to purchase full PV products only
Reward points can be redeemed by phone (1-800-411-8151) or online in the new shopping cart
Redemption orders have no PV
A redemption fee of $3, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges will apply
Must be an LRP participant for 60 days before reward points can be redeemed
All reward points and percentage will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation
Reward points have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable
Products purchased with LRP points are not for resale
Cancellation of LRP order must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services at 1-800-411-8151
I just started with doterra and I have spent $600+ in the last month and a half. I have not received any PV points. It shows how much I would receive for the orders I have put in but shows a 0 balance of PV. I haven’t contacted doterra yet but wanted to know if you may know why this is happening. Is there a grace period before I get my PV?

How long have you been enrolled and been doing the LRP program? You have to be apart of the LRP program for 60 days and then doTERRA will add the points to your account. After that the points are distributed usually on the 15th of each month (or the business day after the 15th). So your October points would be distributed on November 15th.
