I am an Air Force wife, homeschool mama to three littles, and an Essential Oil Coach.
I have not always been crunchy (natural-minded). Before I had kids, I didn’t think twice before popping over-the-counter medications. But after getting pregnant and nursing, and especially after having an infant on many medications, I started to look for a healthier alternatives. That’s when I found Essential Oils and the crunchy mom lifestyle. We also do other crazy crunchy things like making our own baby wipes, tandem and “extended” breastfeeding, baby-led weaning, and babywearing.
